My reaction would have been to take it as a joke, laugh and say nice one, your funny, I do this with pretty much anything a girl says that I don't like. If she then says she wasn't joking don't accept it, still take it as a joke call her hilarious, crazy whatever but don't acknowledge that it has affected you or you believe it for a second. She'll get bored of trying to be a bitch when she realises it doesn't work.
