Hello everyone.

I am soon to be spending a week in China travelling around, and immediately following that, a few days in Amsterdam.

My plan in China is to travel from Shanghai to Beijing, and then fly back to Shanghai (flights back already booked from there). If anyone has ever been that way before, are there any cool non-city places to go between Shanghai and Beijing? I reckon I could book a couple of trains and work my way gradually.

And then Amsterdam... Short of paying for sex, what else is there to do?
